DELIVERY
- Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
- A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with one of your neighbours. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
- If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the depot and leave you a calling card informing you about how you can collect your order or arrange re-delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time but we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
- We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
- We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been processed and has been sent out for delivery.
- For deliveries over UK Bank Holidays, please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
- All orders are shipped from the UK.
- If you live outside the UK then we will not cover the import duties once the order reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying any import charges on receipt of your items. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. You will have to contact your local customs office local customs office to find out what these charges might be.
- No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.
- Please allow an extra day for delivery to some remote locations

OUR RETURNS POLICY
- You can return items up to 14 days after receiving them (this excludes fascinators/hats as these are non returnable)
- Please not that Sale items are exchange only (A credit note will be given if you can't find anything suitable and this will be valid up to 2 months).
- We will not be held responsible for any damage caused once your order has been shipped.
- We will not accept any items back if they are marked or stained. Please ensure while trying on any clothing you are not wearing fake tan, deodorant, perfume or anything that might leave a stain on the garment.
- Tags and labels must not be removed.
- All items must be their original packaging.
- The protective seal on swimwear must not be missing. This is for hygiene reasons. If it is then will not accept the item back.
- You are responsible for organising the return of your item back to our returns address below.
- Any postage costs to return the item must be paid by yourself. Please ensure you are able to track your item to prove it has been dispatched and returned to us.
- You can return/exchange your items directly in-store free of charge.
