Refund policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY

• You can return items up to 14 days after receiving them (this excludes fascinators/hats as these are non returnable)
• Please not that Sale items are exchange only (A credit note will be given if you can't find anything suitable and this will be valid up to 2 months).
• We will not be held responsible for any damage caused once your order has been shipped.
• We will not accept any items back if they are marked or stained. Please ensure while trying on any clothing you are not wearing fake tan, deodorant, perfume or anything that might leave a stain on the garment.
• Tags and labels must not be removed.
• All items must be their original packaging.
• The protective seal on swimwear must not be missing. This is for hygiene reasons. If it is then will not accept the item back.
• You are responsible for organising the return of your item back to our returns address below.
• Any postage costs to return the item must be paid by yourself. Please ensure you are able to track your item to prove it has been dispatched and returned to us.
• You can return/exchange your items directly in-store free of charge.
